If you submit an application to join our Telephone Interviewer panel, we will
collect the personal information you provide when submitting your application. We
will also collect any information submitted using this site by Telephone Interviewers
using the Self Service Portal.
How will we use the information you provide?
The personal information provided when submitting an application to join our Telephone
Interviewer Panel and during the Assessment and Training process is used to help assess
your suitability to work as a Telephone Interviewer. Some of the information we may
ask for is sensitive personal information, such as information relating to your ethicity.
We need this information to monitor our effectiveness in complying with legislation on
equality issues and to ensure we meet our legal and contractual obligations.
The personal information you provide will be subject to appropriate security measures and
will only be accessed by those authorised to do so.
We will NOT pass your personal information to third party companies outside our
own organisation unless we are required to do so by law.
If you are accepted onto our interviewer panel, the personal information you provided
will form part of your interviewer record file. If your application is not successful,
we will hold the information securely for 6 months in case of query, after which
time, it will be securely destroyed.
Information provided by our Telephone Interviewers using the "Self Service" Portal
will be used to allocate you to projects on shifts booked using the Portal. We may
also use the information you provide to maintain your interviewer records; maintain
a record of your use of this site and for other lawful business purposes related
to your work with Ipsos as a Telephone Interviewer.
How do you ensure my personal information is secure?
We take very seriously our responsibilities to keep your personal information secure.
As such we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your information is protected
from loss, theft or misuse. These precautions include appropriate physical security
of our offices, controlled access to computer systems, and use of secure, encrypted
internet connections when collecting personal information.
As part of our commitment to the security of your information, Ipsos has regular
internal and external audits of its information security, and is accredited to the
International Standard for Information Security, ISO 27001.
