Who owns and operates this site:

The site is owned and operated by Ipsos UK Limited (Registered Number 01640855) whose registered office is situated at 3 Thomas More Square, London, England E1W 1YW. Ipsos UK Limited is commonly known as "Ipsos UK", and is part of the Ipsos worldwide group of companies.

Permitted uses of this site:

Visitors use of this site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the information and services we provide for visitors. Visitors’ use of this site is limited to viewing information about Ipsos UK Telephone Operations, and using the "apply to join our panel" functions to register their interest in becoming a casual telephone interviewer.

Casual workers who are registered on our Telephone Interviewers panel can use this site to book shifts, view their QC results and access other information that we may make available to interviewers via the site by logging into this site’s "Self Service" Portal.

We will not be liable if for any reason the site or any part of it is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:

  • In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
  • In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
  • For harming or attempting to harm children or other vulnerable people in any way.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
  • To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

You also agree:

  • Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of the provisions of our Terms of Use.
  • Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
    • any part of our site;
    • any equipment or network on which our site is stored; any software used in the provision of our site; or
    • any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

Self Service Portal Security:

Telephone Interviewers will be provided with a user identification code, password or other piece of information that as part of our security procedures, can be used to log into this site’s "Self Service" Portal.

Your use of the "Self Service" Portal is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must treat your login details as confidential, You must not disclose them to anyone else.
  • If you believe or suspect your user login details have been disclosed to someone else, you must inform Ipsos UK immediately.
  • Ipsos UK reserves the right to disable any user’s access to the "Self Service" Portal if we have any reason to believe the security of that user’s login details have been compromised.
  • Deliberate breaches of these security rules or any other misuse of the "Self Service" Portal may constitute serious misconduct and will result in disciplinary action against you.

Use of your personal Information:

If you use the "apply to join our panel" function, we will use the personal information you provide for the purpose of assessing your suitability to join our panel of Telephone Interviewers. We may also use your information to conduct research and compile reports on applicants using this site.

Personal information provided whilst logged into the "Self Service" Portal may also be used to assign you to projects taking place on the shifts you book using the "Self Service" Portal. It may also be used to update your interviewer records and manage our relationship with you.

Viruses, hacking and other offences:

You must not misuse this site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which this is stored or any server, computer or database connected to this site. You must not attack this site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use this site will cease immediately.

Intellectual property rights:

Ipsos UK, or our parent company Ipsos SA, are the owners or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in this site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site(s) for your personal use only. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
